Through the DAAD DIES partnerships the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg together with the Ukrainian partners Kyiv Academic University and Ivan Franko National University of Lviv want to achieve two things
Innovation Center KAU is created under the auspices of KAU and serves as the structural unit specializing in consulting, expertise, education and service. It provides high-tech services, solves scientific and technological problems with the involvement and assistance of leading scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The Innovation Center also includes Internatonal Office KAU, Transfer Technology Lab та StartUps Lab KAU.

Фонд підтримки винаходів МІНЕКОНОМРОЗВИТКУ оголошує прийом заявок на участь у конкурсні на підтримку винаходів за наступною схемою:
І. Етап - прийом заявок
ІІ. Етап - надання послуг до 500 тис грн (розробка бізнес-моделі, лабораторні тестування, підготовка патентної заявки, консалтінг)

18 травня 2019 р. в рамках міжнародної конференції "ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНІ МАТЕРІАЛИ ДЛЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ЕНЕРГЕТИКИ" (ФМІЕ-2019), організованої Інститутом металофізики ім. Г.В. Курдюмова НАН України, відбувся перший Мітап (нетворкінг-сесія) КАУ на тему: "Інноваційні рішення в енергетиці: можливості співпраці науки та бізнесу".
Інститут металофізики ім. Г.В. Курдюмова НАН України спільно з Київським академічним університетом запрошує взяти участь у конференції "ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНІ МАТЕРІАЛИ ДЛЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ЕНЕРГЕТИКИ" (ФМІЕ-2019).
