Kinetic equations of active soft matter
The topic of the work is the description of the collective behavior of complex systems of mathematical biology based on the evolution equations for functions of observables of such systems. This approach to the description of the kinetic evolution, in fact, is the mathematically consistent formulation of the collective behavior of biological systems since the traditional notion of the state in kinetic theory is more subtle, and an implicit feature for the populations of living creatures. Using the suggested approach will be established a mean-field asymptotic behavior of the hierarchy of evolution equations for observables of many interacting stochastic processes of the collision kinetic theory, modeling the microscopic evolution of active soft condensed matter.
